R&D Capital was founded in 2004. In just a few years, it has become a leader in the short term financing of tax credits for scientific research and experimental development (SR&ED).

The company's work methodology allowed us, in 2006, to be recognized as "Financial Institution" by the income tax law of the Canada Revenue Agency and Revenu Quebec.

R&D Capital is positioned at the heart of the research development. A pioneer of interim short term financing of tax credits, R&D Capital concentrates most of its work in the financing of past and current short term tax credits.
